Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote KINOS products and services
Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Coordinate events and training promotions to engage local businesses and institutions
Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Prepare marketing materials and reports for management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably within the ICT sector
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Portuguese
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with the Timor-Leste market and local business environment preferred
A driver’s license for motor vehicles and cars is required

As part of our continuous innovation, we are expanding our product development team and seeking a passionate Assistant Developer to help build and enhance KINOS products and digital services.
Position: Assistant Developer
Main Responsibilities
Support the development of KINOS in-house products and applications.
Assist in coding, testing, debugging, and documenting software modules.
Collaborate with senior developers to design and improve new system features.
Participate in cloud and web-based solution development projects.
Maintain and update existing KINOS software products.
Research and apply new technologies to improve performance and functionality.
Qualification Criteria
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Basic programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, Java, PHP, JavaScript, or C#).
Knowledge of front-end and back-end development (HTML, CSS, SQL, etc.).
Familiar with cloud-based systems and web applications (advantage).
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work as part of a team.
Good communication in English and Tetum.
